About me

Hello, I'm Ayelet, a mother, a doula, a friend and a holistic coach. From my own experience I understand how important it is to feel heard and supported during the transformative experience of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I am also a positive thinking trainer and strongly believe in the power of people to summon their own reality, take responsibility for their lives and grow from their experiences.
I live in Amsterdam with my partner, my son, and my two daughters. Each of them was born in a completely different birth and taught me a lot about life and myself.
I love new adventures, dinner with friend, a walk in the forest and the sea is my favourite place. For personal growth, I listen to podcasts, read, meditate, and take courses.
As a doula, I believe that every person has the power to create their own reality and take responsibility for their own lives, but I also know that it's not always easy. That's why I'm here to guide and support you as you prepare for the birth of your child.
I know that every birth is unique and that each family has their own desires and needs. That's why I offer a personalized approach, tailored to your specific wishes and circumstances. I believe in the connection between mind, body, and soul, and I'm here to help you navigate this journey with compassion and understanding.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for you to share your fears and concerns, and to make sure you feel confident and calm during birth. I'm here to protect your wishes and needs, mediate between you and your caregivers, and ensure that you have a positive experience that you'll remember for years to come. I work in Amsterdam and surroundings.
