Navigating the uncharted waters of pregnancy, childbirth, labor pain, recovery and the start of parenthood can be challenging, especially if it's your first time or if you're seeking a better experience than you had before. As a mother and caregiver I understand you.
While the physical aspects often take care of themselves, the mental aspect is where conscious and positive steps can make a significant difference.
I'm Marjorie, an experienced specialized nurse, coach, and trainer in obstetrics, with two decades of expertise assisting women and their partners through the complexities of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My mission is to prevent parents from silently struggling and guide them toward a positive, well-supported experience. Where they experience that they have a positive influence on their experience.
