I am Inbal, a mother of 3 boys, all born naturally, orgasmically on their own time and terms. And mine :)

The birth of my first son has radically changed my life to the best. Ever since then my passion and specialty shifted from being a professional Ballet dancer to be deeply rooted in pre & postnatal guidance and care.  

As a Hypnobirthing specialist, Doula, orgasmic birth facilitator, Yoga & Pilates teacher and a Chinese Medicine practitioner, I founded on 2013 Isis Hypnobirthing & Yoga, an inspirational fertility, pregnancy, birth and motherhood centre in Amsterdam.
A space for us to confidently relax into motherhood. From the moment you feel the longing to share life with your baby, throughout your stress free pregnancy and leading into a memorable love based birth.

Through this sacred space, where modern knowledge and sacred feminine teachings are merged, I have been supporting thousands of parents on their amazing journey of becoming a family. Providing the knowledge, magic and practical tools to experience the most powerful, intimate passage of childbirth. As it can and should be for every mother, baby and family.
