Hi!
I'm Marta, mother of 2 boys, Spanish living in Amsterdam for more than 10 years and once a sleep deprived mom!
My youngest son simply would wake up a trillion times during the night and nothing we tried to get him to sleep through the night seemed to work... Also, part of me kept thinking that he would magically outgrow this non-sleep phase (spoiler alert: that didn't happen, it never does)...
Until one very long, sleepless night I decided to google "baby sleep help" and that's the best thing I've ever done! I realized that I was not alone with this situation and better yet, that it could be reversed.
So my personal journey with my son inspired me to get my certification and help other moms get their lives and their sleep back! And ever since, it has been amazing to help other moms get past this sleepless phase!
