I’m Lara, Italian mama, NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Pre and Postnatal fitness.
I use exercise to bring confidence into the lives of all types of mamas.
Being a mom is unpredictable and wonderful and a million other things at the same time: training with someone who deeply understands that and who understands your needs will turn those exercise sessions into something that not only works your body, but also provides a support moment mama to mama.
You can choose various forms of training: in person, online or a combination of both. We can workout together during your pregnancy, in the postpartum period and later on as well - if your kids are grown and you have different fitness objectives, we can train to achieve them.
