Nine Moons - HypnoBirthing® Private course

I am Noor. Mother of Meije and Ollie, (medical) psychologist, certified HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method teacher and women's coach. I see the road to motherhood as a special process. The most beautiful milestones, joy and falling in love, are interspersed with great physical and mental challenges. During your pregnancy, in the run-up to the delivery, and certainly also in your new role as a mother with the responsibility for a new life. A lot is asked of you during this period. And that's why it makes so much sense (and for a lot of women, myself included, so recognisable) that a little extra support can sometimes be very welcome.

Having children has always been my big dream, but after two miscarriages, pregnancy was not something that was taken for granted. The third time our baby stayed put. Of course we were very happy, but the first phase of this pregnancy was an intense, exciting period for me to say the least. Partly because of this, I ended up in prenatal depression. I had no idea that was possible, and I was a psychologist myself. That pink cloud that women so often talk about was far from my mind, overshadowed by a cocktail of anxiety, emotions and first trimester hormones.

Through my own experience and that of many others, I see motherhood as a special process. After my last delivery I followed a pregnancy coaching course and that is how Nine Moons was born. In the meantime, in combination with my knowledge from psychology and mindfulness, I have developed my own Yoga & Mindful Pregnancy pregnancy course in Huizen & Weesp, a one-day workshop with partner and I teach a classic Hypnobirthing® course. All with the necessary theoretical explanation, but above all a lot of doing, feeling and experiencing, because it is a proven effective way of preparing and it worked so well for me personally.

And for pregnant women and new mothers who need support in the mental process of motherhood, I have also developed my own coaching program and you are welcome in my own practice in Weesp.
