Basic Doula package - 23h 59m

We start with a non-binding introductory meeting in which we get to know each other better. This gives you the opportunity to decide if I am the right Doula for you and to ask any questions you may have.
2. Extensive Reinforcement Discussions (total 3 sessions including introductory meeting):
This package includes two extensive reinforcement conversations. During these conversations we will delve deeper into your wishes, concerns and expectations surrounding the birth. The birth plan will also be offered.
3. Free Use of Birth Ball:
You will have the opportunity to use a birth ball to move and relax comfortably during pregnancy and childbirth.
4. Free Borrowing of Books from my Doula Mini Library:
You can borrow books from my Doula Mini Library, with information and inspiration about pregnancy, birth and parenting.
5. Help with Compiling and Writing Your Birth Wishes:
Together we will draw up and describe your birth wishes, so that you have a clear plan for the birth.
6. 'On Watch' from Week 38 to Week 42:
From week 38 to week 42 I will be 'on guard' for you, ready to assist when labor starts. This gives you peace of mind and the assurance that I am available when needed.
7. WhatsApp Group for Questions:
We will create a WhatsApp group where you can ask me questions at any time. I will always respond within 24 hours to support and reassure you.

Please note that all my package prices include VAT. To reserve a spot in my agenda, I ask for a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% for week 37 when I go on ''waiting'' for you. I also offer the option to pay in installments.

2. Extensive Reinforcement Discussions:
Together we will have three extensive reinforcement conversations (total of 4 including the introductory meeting) to prepare you for the birth and answer any questions you may have.
3. Free Use of Birth Ball:
You can use a birth ball for free to provide comfort and support during pregnancy and childbirth.
4. Free Borrowing of Books from my Doula Mini Library:
I offer a selection of books that you can borrow to inform and prepare for birth.
5. Help with Compiling and Describing Your Birth Wishes:
We will draw up and describe your birth wishes together, so that you have a clear plan for the birth.
6. 24/7 Availability from Week 38 to Week 42:
I am available and 'on call' for you from week 38 to week 42. You can reach me 24 hours a day in case of questions or concerns.
7. WhatsApp Group:
We will create a WhatsApp group where you can ask me questions. I will always respond within 24 hours to support you.
8. Pampering package around Week 38:
Around week 38 you will receive a wonderful pampering package from me to help you relax and prepare for the birth.
9. Presence at the Birth:
I will be present at the birth and stay until after the birth to support you in the first steps of parenthood.
10. Free Use of Birth TENS:
You can use a Birth TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) for free to provide pain relief during labor.
11. Photos and Videos:
If the situation allows, I will take photos and videos with my phone to capture precious moments. You will receive these as soon as possible.
12. Backup Doula with Free Zoom Intake Call:
In the event that I am unexpectedly unavailable, a backup doula will be arranged. You will also receive a free Zoom intake interview with the backup doula to get to know her.
