My name is Ayelet
I''m a mom of 3 kids, a birth doula, postpartum doula and a HypnoBirthing® instructor.

During your fourth trimester, you deserve tender care and nurturing, just like your newborn. Postpartum care is all about taking care of you, meeting you where you are, and providing gentle support through this transition.
As your postpartum doula, it would be an honor for me to accompany you through this journey. I'm here to hold space for you, witness your vulnerability and strength, and embrace the beautiful chaos of it all.
I would love to meet with you before your baby's arrival to get to know you better and together we can plan for your postpartum period. Let's work together to create a plan for your needs, desires, and values.

My postpartum care includes: ​

⁎ Yoni steaming
⁎ Healing herbal baths
⁎ Massage for mama and baby
⁎ Womb warming
⁎ Closing ceremony (closing the bones)
⁎ Protected space for naps
⁎ Light housework such as changing sheets and folding laundry
⁎ Listening ears and support as you tune into your intuition
⁎ Guidance on newborn care

I believe in ongoing support, I would like to offer you 2 plans:
~ One-week plan: 12 hours - 600 Euro
~ Twee-week plan : 24 hours - 1000 Euro
We can also plan your postpartum, tailor it for your wishes and needs.

My deepest hope is that when you work with me, you feel the ripples that a healing and nourishing postpartum can have throughout your motherhood journey.
