HOW DOES SLEEPTRAINING WORK?
• We start with an introduction by phone.
• We schedule an extensive intake consult, where we discuss everything around the sleep of your child(ren), we set your goals and create a sleepplan that suits you and your child(ren)!
• During the 2-week sleeptraining, you will get daily personal feedback which you can directly use to influence the sleep behavior of your child.

WHAT IS THE RESULT?
• Your child(ren) learns to fall asleep by her- or himself and will sleep longer.
• You learn to understand how sleep works for a child and how you can deal with that.
• It gives you the confidence to let your child(ren) sleep well in a sustainable way
• You are able to start the day well-rested again!

- During the 75 min (online or at your place*) consult we talk about the importance of sleep, the development of sleep during the first months, sleep-environment, sleep-associations, safe sleep and you receive valuable tips and tricks for the first months to create healthy sleephabits.
- Next to that you receive 2 additional calls of 15 min that you can schedule in the period until your baby is 4 months old.
- You also receive a handout of everything that we talked about to read back on a later time.

Our 14-month-old daughter woke up 4 to 5 times during the night. We couldn't go back to sleep on our own without a bottle, rocking her, or in bed between us. The contact with Marian was very pleasant. We could tell her everything, it felt familiar and she took all the time to find out everything about our daughter (and her sleeping habits) and us. She listens very well, we really felt heard. She made a very clear sleeping plan so that we knew what we could do to teach her to fall asleep on her own. She picked it up already in the first week, we never expected such a quick result! Every night went a little better and soon she was sleeping through the night! Sometimes we hear her simmering or moaning a bit, but thanks to the sleep training she manages to fall asleep herself. We are very happy with Marian's help. She is an expert, understanding and very nice sleep coach.

We all have our sleep back and wake up happy in the morning!

Bij onze zoon van 3 ging het slapen al een tijd niet goed meer. Het ging van kwaad tot erger en dit eindigde in de situatie dat hij bijna elke nacht bij ons in bed lag. Als we dat niet accepteerden werd hij woedend en gilde hij iedereen wakker. Nadat wij er echt helemaal klaar mee waren hebben we de 'grote' stap gezet om met Marian te gaan werken. Achteraf gezien was dit de beste keuze; ik wilde er eigenlijk niet aan, het voelt toch als 'falen' als je externe hulp in roept. Nu we 5 weken verder zijn, weet ik dat we dit niet zelf hadden kunnen doen, ondanks dat het schema, de regels en de werkwijze eigenlijk best simpel zijn. Van nooit alleen slapen, nooit alleen inslapen en vele malen per nacht wakker worden zijn we nu ‘ s avonds nog 30 minuten bezig, en moeten we af en toe ‘ s nachts eruit omdat hij wakker wordt van 'normale' dingen. Binnen 3 weken een wereld van verschil! Doen. doen. Doen!

Marian heeft ons zo goed begeleid! Onze dochter van bijna drie slaapt eindelijk door. Ik durfde eerder niet goed de stap naar een slaapcoach te zetten, bang dat ons kind uren zou liggen huilen. Maar Marian luisterde niet alleen naar het slaapprobleem, maar bekeek ook welke aanpak het beste bij ons past als ouders. We kregen dus echt advies en begeleiding op maat. En binnen een mum van tijd sliep onze dochter door, en slaapt tegenwoordig zelfs soms uit! Superfijn!

Marian guided us so well! Our almost three-year-old daughter finally sleeps through the night. I didn't dare to take the step to a sleep coach before, afraid that our child would cry for hours. But Marian not only listened to the sleeping problem, but also looked at which approach best suited us as parents. We received really tailored advice and guidance. And in no time our daughter slept through, and sometimes even sleeps late these days! Super nice!

Nadat ik een workshop bij Marian had gevolgd, én haar lovende recensies las, was het besluit snel genomen! Want we hadden slaap nodig. Onze dochter sliep onrustig en in de nacht 'wilde' ze veel van ons. Wij wisten vaak nooit precies wat, en het kostte veel energie om haar in de nacht verder te laten slapen. Dit resulteerde in gebroken nachten en slecht slapen overdag. We zijn nu een maandje verder (ze was tussendoor ziek en toen zijn we even gestopt) en al heel tevreden over hoe het nu gaat. Ze kan zelf in slaap vallen en daardoor ook veel beter zelf in de nacht verder slapen als ze wakker wordt. Ook overdag slaapt ze langer dan ze voor de training deed. Wat wij vooral heel fijn vonden, is de persoonlijke aanpak. Marian neemt echt even tijd voor een goed gesprek, begrip en ons leren kennen. Snel daarna komt er een plan. En hoe fijn is een plan! Opeens hoefden we geen nachtelijke discussie meer te voeren over wat te doen, maar volgden we het plan. En dat blijven we doen. Marian, hartelijk dank voor het meedenken, je bemoedigende voice-berichten (af en toe streng durven zijn :-) en het plan! We zullen je warm aanbevelen.

After I followed a workshop with Marian and read her rave reviews, the decision was made quickly! What the reviews showed me was exactly what I wished for our family. Because we needed sleep. Our daughter slept restlessly and during the night she 'wanted' a lot from us. We often never knew exactly what, and it took a lot of energy to get her to sleep through the night. This resulted in broken nights and poor sleep during the day. We are now a month further (she was sick in between and then we stopped for a while) and already very satisfied with how things are going now. She can fall asleep herself and therefore also sleep much better in the night when she wakes up. She also sleeps longer during the day than she did before training. What we particularly liked is the personal approach. Marian really takes some time for a good conversation, understanding and getting to know us. Soon after that comes a plan. And how nice is a plan! Suddenly we didn't have to have a nightly discussion about what to do, but we followed the plan. And we will continue to do so. Marian, thank you very much for thinking along, your encouraging voice messages (daring to be strict now and then :-) and the plan! We will warmly recommend you.

Onze zoon van 2 jaar werd regelmatig ‘s nachts wakker en we kregen hem dan niet in terug in slaap. Ook het naar bed brengen van 1 ouder ging niet van harte. We hebben duidelijk tips en handvatten gekregen en nu gaat beide prima. We kunnen deze tips en handvaten altijd blijven gebruiken en gaan er zeker mee door.

Our 2-year-old son was waking up regularly at night and couldn't get him back to sleep. Also putting him to bed by 1 parent didn't go very well. We have clearly received tips and guidelines and now both are going well. We can continue to use these tips in the future and will certainly do.
