The Fourth Trimester can be just as intense as the birth of your child. Because this is the time you will be born as a mother. For the first or the fourth time. With every baby you will go through this process again.
Getting to know your baby, and learning (again) what this babies needs are. In this process sometimes the needs of the mother and her transformation get to the background. Stress can emerge and from there overwhelming is just a step away.
Someone has to take care of you to, so you can take care of your baby.
In history we had 'the village' which stepped in. Nowadays you still need that village but have to put it together yourself.
As a Postpartum Doula, I love to be part of your village. Be of support in your birth as a mother. Looking after your special needs in this special time of healing and bonding.

- +After the extended resting period or whenever you feel ready to join "normal" life it is very nice to remark this special moment by closing up and welcoming you as a new mother.
We put together the ritual in consultation and include;
Foothbath with hebrs
Massage with Rebozo scarfs
Closing with Rebozo scarfs
To your choice, I can bring some extra hands, we can make it a small ceremony with your partner/ mother/ sister or a larger celebration wit everyone who supported you.
The time can vary from 2 up to 4 hours and the price will be set likewise from € 195,00 up to € 395,00

- +After birth I come three times for Massage, Moxa and Belly Binding. And after six weeks or at your time we close this special time with a Closing Ritual Basic.

Treat yourself with a Belly Bind after birth. A Belly Massage and relaxing Foot massage is also part of the session.
A Coton Belly Bind of 20 meters long is included. So you can adjust is to your own size and wishes.

Postpartum Massage - 1h 30m
- +Give yourself a big present and book a postpartum massage. In the comfort of your own home. Even in your own bed. We make a soft and warm coccon where you can relax completely. And your baby can just be with you as well if you or he/she wish to.
Warm oil, warm hands, soft drappings. This is the moment when your body can start to integrate all the experiences it had been through.
Postpartum massage is always included in the Very Important Newborn Mother Traject (see Services) But you can book this also as a single session.
