Introduction
The Fourth Trimester can be just as intense as the birth of your child. Because this is the time you will be born as a mother. For the first or the fourth time. With every baby you will go through this process again.
Getting to know your baby, and learning (again) what this babies needs are. In this process sometimes the needs of the mother and her transformation get to the background. Stress can emerge and from there overwhelming is just a step away.
Someone has to take care of you to, so you can take care of your baby.
In history we had 'the village' which stepped in. Nowadays you still need that village but have to put it together yourself.
As a Postpartum Doula, I love to be part of your village. Be of support in your birth as a mother. Looking after your special needs in this special time of healing and bonding.

We will meet up during pregnancy to prepare for your restorative and healing Fourth Trimester. Take a look what resources are available, going over expectations or worry's. And we close of with a Pregnancy Massage.
Five days , or at your time, after birth you will receive a Belly Massage, we will wrap your Belly and pamper you with a nurturing foot massage.
The five weeks after that you can expect me for once a week 3-4 hours.
For checking-in, massaging, belly binding, cooking, light housework, holding your baby when you get a shower or a nap. Or what ever your needs are in this special time of healing and recovering.
I dedicate myself to support you the best way for you and your family.
After six weeks, or at your time, we will mark the end off the fourth trimester with a closing and welcoming ceremony.
Up untill the first birthday of your baby I will continue to support you by phone or e-mail. So you will not feel be left by yourself at any point. Of course it is always possible to book an extra massage or coaching session for extra support.
