The Rebozo ritual will be offered to you together my dear Doula friend, Marjorie Lumet.
Coming from Mexican tradition, rebozo is a fabric woven by women for women. It is passed on from generation to generation, from mother to daughter who receive it at puberty.
Mexican women then use it throughout their daily lives, during ceremonies and at important stages of a woman's life (birth, marriage, death ...)
It relieves during pregnancy and childbirth through rocking, traction, support ...
This fabric can also be used to "realign" the mother, 40 days after childbirth during the "rebozo ritual".
This soothing and gentle ritual symbolically closes the fusion between her newborn baby and the mother.
With this post-natal care, the new mother celebrates her return as a woman, lover, and wife, finding a social life.
This treatment has several virtues, as much physical as psychic and emotional. It allows the one who receives it to realign with her body but also with her new identity as a woman, as a mother.
This treatment is intended for new mothers, but also for all women who are going through a change in their daily life. It allows you to take time for yourself, have fun, take a break, recharge your batteries, find yourself.
The ritual includes:
* A time of exchange
* A meditation
* A massage (Rebozo ritual & touch pressure & closing moment)
* A meditation
* A moment of sharing
