Throughout this childbirth preparation course, I will accompany you and inform you on the theoretical and practical aspects of birth.
~ Theoretical sessions:
Discussions about your wishes & the theory of childbirth
Familiarization with medical practices and terms
Birth plan (add an upgrade to write it together + 65 €)
~ Practical sessions:
Positions to help with contractions with/ without a ball
Breathing exercises
Meditation / Relaxation / Visualisation
Yoga postures at the end of pregnancy
Shiatsu: Harmonising the body to welcome baby - Support & Induction during labor
We will work on your birth plan and we will also do relaxation, meditation in order to best support the intensity of the surges during labor. We will also take some time to help you relax during a shiatsu massage.
Throughout this childbirth preparation course, I will accompany you and inform you on the theoretical and practical aspects of birth.
