As an experienced massage therapist and prenatal and perinatal care provider, I am pleased to offer mothers-to-be a deep and smooth experience that encompasses gentle bodywork, meditation, visualization, and/or a relaxing foot or bath preparation.

Connecting With Self Pregnancy Ritual Massage - 2h
- +The massage techniques are tailored to the specific physical, mental, and emotional needs of the moment.
The techniques used are a combination of Swedish massage, Shiatsu, Craniosacral, or Drain Lymphatic massage, or focus on just one technique, using a warm, neutral oil.
The ritual is performed in a specially designed pregnancy table, which allows her to lie on her stomach with support for her chest, allowing her to immerse herself in a state of tranquility.
We'll end our session with a soothing herbal tea to help you continue to feel relaxed and grounded.
