I am a birth and postpartum Doula and Holistic (lifestyle) Coach, a warm down-to-earth and spiritual woman with a mission.
To increase awareness and knowledge in people, especially around birth.
As birth doula I help you and your partner to face the birth with optimism and confidence and I will be by your side during birth for continuous emotional and physical support.
As a postpartum doula I guide you into parenthood and provide holistic non-medical physical, practical and emotional support during the first postnatal weeks. I support you, so you can take care of your newborn.
As a holistic coach I help men and women with life struggles and give conscious conception consults. By looking among other at their own birth story to discover the influence on their life/relationships/work and on the development of their (future) child. To take on this adventure (together) more lovingly and with more awareness.

Single prenatal sessions - 1h

Birth Doula support - 10h
- +- Free and non-binding get together via Zoom to see if it clicks, preferably with the partner present.
- Intake with the mother-to-be alone, via Zoom or in-person. and a separate intake session with the father-to-be.
- 2 prenatal sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours each, to be planned from week 20 of your pregnancy. Very informative, practical for both mother and father to be. customized to your knowledge, wishes, desires, questions, fears, etc.
- Help with writing a birth plan
- 1 postpartum prep session
- 1 practical latent phase prep session, including a partner massage lesson of one hour, to be planned around 37 weeks
- 1 session close to the due to date to 'rehearse' everything one last time and/or see if there are questions, fears, etc. or maybe you've become medical and we need to adjust the birth intentions.
- (Telephone) presence at the midwife, birth center or hospital during a check up (if desired)
- During the entire period, I am available via e-mail, whatsapp and phone
- Available 24/7 from 38 weeks to be present at your birth within an hour
- Continuous support during the entire delivery, from the active phase
- A maternity visit of 1 hour, within two weeks after your delivery, in which we look back on the birth.
- You will get access to all photos and any videos I have made during labour.
- in the fourth trimester we have a final meeting
