- 2 or 3 pre-natal appointments (if desire one meeting can be a visit to your midwife practice or gynecologists)
- Regular contact via phone, messaging apps or email
- Help with drawing up your birth wishes
- 24/7 on-call from week 37
- Non-stop support during your delivery
- 2 postpartum visit, first a few days after the baby is born and a closing visit at 5 or 6 weeks
