Our Four-weekly Childbirth Preparation Course will only be given ONLINE. The ‘extra 4th’ lesson enables you to spend more time interacting with other expectant couples in breakout rooms, and more information about medical interventions (like induction or waterbirth), and about what happens after the birth.
In this Four-weekly course you are actually going to practise breathing and massage exercises, and birthing positions yourself. With the help of videos we demonstrate the massage and breathing exercises.
This course also seems to be useful if you miss a lesson in the Five- or Three-weekly course to catch up.
Another difference is: you are free to organise your own baby reunion. (We encourage you to make a WhatsApp group to stay in contact with other couples).
