Introduction
Babyspa Happiest Baby opened in June 2022. With this concept, I want to give young parents ,besides a moment of relaxation with their baby, the opportunity to ask all the questions they have about their baby. With 25 years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse, specialized in excessive crying and babysleep, I can answer (almost) all your baby related questions during your visit to the Babyspa. Since the opening I already received many parents and babies and have therefore experienced that a visit to the Babyspa really offers them some peace of mind during this sometimes overwhelming period with a young baby. Because your baby is completely relaxed after a session, you can also combine your visit with a visit to the beach. You can park your car for free at the building and after a session you can easily walk from the Babyspa to the beach.
The benefits of hydrotherapie/ floating:
Hydrotherapy for infants began as a way to bridge the gap between the womb and a baby’s first swimming lesson. It has many incredible benefits for your baby. These include:

It is common for babies to sleep between two and five hours after a session. We also found that it can be a very powerful bonding experience, with baby moving freely in the water for the first time under the loving look of mum or dad. Regular attendance will see the best benefits and so we encourage parents to bring their babies from as young as possible.

Private Babymassage Course - 3h

In 2 lessons( of about 1 1/2 hours each) you will learn how to massage your baby according to the Shantala method, how to apply baby reflexology, how to do baby yoga and baby gym exercises and we can answer any questions you have about your baby.
Babymassage at home will be pleasant if you don’t want to disturb your baby’s rhythm or if your baby is easily irritated or if you want to start immediately. Another advantage: your baby will more easily enjoy the massage in its own familiar surroundings. In order to learn the massagetechniques I advise at least two meetings.
Cost: € 175 for two sessions, it’s also possible to book one single session € 75. Massage-oil is included.
If travelling time is over 30 minutes I will charge a compensation for travelling expense.

- +Whether you are first timers or experienced parents, as a Baby Nurse I can assist in educating and guiding in best practices in newborn care.
This may include lactation support for mom and baby, noting and marking key postpartum milestones, assisting the transition for baby and family, suggestions for organic baby care, frequent communication about an infant’s activities and behaviors and addressing issues of concern by offering helpful solutions regarding an infant’s development, needs and care. Ultimately I provide reassurance, gentle support and helpful information to create confident, capable parents.

HAPPIEST BABY PARENTING CLASS - 2h
- +The Happiest Baby parenting course allows you to optimally prepare for parenthood. During the course you will receive practical information and essential tips about nutrition, sleeping, crying, which things you do and don't need and the development of your baby. You get an example for daily rhythms and there is enough space to answer all your questions. In this course I can teach you everything that others only learn after giving birth or have to figure out for yourself by trial and error.
(The course can be taken in a group as well as online and is also interesting for your partner. It is best to take the course when you are between 24 and 38 weeks pregnant, or when you have just given birth and notice that you are still having questions and doubts about the care for your newborn)
